About These Terms
These Terms govern your use of www.brexium.net and purchases from Brexium Global.
Please review these Terms, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Products and Product Information
We sell new and certified refurbished consumer electronics, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, smart glasses, smartwatches, video game consoles and accessories.
Product condition, specifications, included accessories and any material limitations are described on the relevant product page. Images may be illustrative; the advertised model, specifications, condition and selected options form part of your order.

Customers should check compatibility with their intended network, software, accessories and destination requirements before purchasing. Contact us if you need clarification. This responsibility does not excuse inaccurate descriptions or advice provided by Brexium Global.
Listings, availability and prices may change for future purchases. Such changes do not retrospectively alter an accepted order without your agreement or a lawful basis.

Orders, Availability and Pricing Errors
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when ordering.
An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request and does not, by itself, guarantee stock availability or dispatch. We will contact you if we cannot fulfill an order as described.
We may refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including because of product unavailability, a material pricing error, suspected fraud, payment-verification problems or legal restrictions.
We will not substitute a materially different product or increase the price of an accepted order without your agreement.
If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items and associated shipping charges. For a fully canceled order, we will refund the full amount paid to Brexium Global.
Prices and Payment
Prices are stated in USD unless expressly indicated otherwise. Review the order total, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and any stated import-charge arrangements before paying.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Card payments are processed through the payment provider identified in the payment flow. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments.
Orders require successful payment confirmation before fulfillment. Additional verification may be requested where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud or meet legal obligations.
We will not ask you to disclose wallet seed phrases, private keys, payment-account passwords, or verification codes.

Cryptocurrency Payments
Select a cryptocurrency and network available on the payment page and supported by your sending wallet or exchange.
Send the exact amount requested using the address and instructions generated for your current order. Do not reuse an address or expired payment request from a previous transaction.
Your wallet or exchange may charge a transfer fee. Check whether that fee reduces the amount delivered to the payment address.
Blockchain confirmation and completion of payment processing are separate stages. Processing times vary, and a transfer shown as confirmed in your wallet may still be processing on the payment page.
Do not send a second payment while the first is confirming or processing. If you sent funds using an expired request, the wrong token or network, or an incorrect amount, contact business@brexium.net before sending more funds.
Payment recovery or correction is not guaranteed. We will investigate reported issues and coordinate with the payment provider where necessary.
