3. Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has entered processing, supplier fulfillment, shipment preparation, or has already been shipped.

If Brexium Global approves a cancellation before shipment or before fulfillment is substantially underway, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Brexium Global reserves the right to cancel orders at any time for legitimate business reasons, including but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity

  • pricing or listing errors

  • stock unavailability

  • supplier fulfillment issues

  • legal or shipping restrictions

  • inability to verify order details

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, the customer will be refunded to the original payment method.

6. Returns & Refunds

Brexium Global offers a 30-day defect resolution period beginning on the date the product is delivered.

If a product arrives:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • materially different from its description

  • incorrect due to a fulfillment error

the customer must contact Brexium Global within 30 days of delivery at business@brexium.co.

Where appropriate and at our discretion, Brexium Global may provide one of the following resolutions:

  • replacement product

  • repair

  • refund to the original payment method

Returns requested for personal preference, buyer’s remorse, change of mind, color preference, size preference, compatibility concerns not caused by incorrect listing information, or similar non-defective reasons are not automatically eligible for return or refund.

Any exception must be approved in writing by Brexium Global before the item is returned.
