1. How to Request a Cancellation

Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Brexium Global as soon as possible after placing the order.

2. When Cancellation Requests May Be Approved
A cancellation request may be approved if the order has not yet entered processing, supplier fulfillment, shipment preparation, or shipment.
If the order has not yet progressed to those stages, Brexium Global may approve the cancellation and issue a refund to the original payment method.
3. When Cancellation Is No Longer Guaranteed
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once an order has:

entered order processing

been submitted to a supplier or fulfillment partner

been prepared for shipment
-
been assigned tracking
-
already shipped
Because some orders are processed quickly, customers are encouraged to request cancellation immediately after purchase if they no longer want the item.
4. Shipped Orders
If an order has already shipped, it usually cannot be canceled.
In such cases, the order may instead be handled under the applicable Return and Refund Policy, subject to eligibility, product condition, and the reason for the return.

5. Approved Cancellation Refunds
If a cancellation request is approved, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
After a refund is issued, it may take approximately 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on the customer’s bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
6. Orders That May Be Canceled by Brexium Global
Brexium Global reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for legitimate business, security, or compliance reasons, including but not limited to:

pricing or listing errors

stock unavailability

supplier fulfillment limitations

inability to verify customer or payment details

duplicate orders placed in error
If Brexium Global cancels an order after payment has been processed, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
7. Address Errors and Customer Changes
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before submitting it.
Requests to change:

product model

color
-
configuration
-
quantity
-
other order details
may not be possible once the order has entered processing or fulfillment.
If a requested change cannot be made, the order may need to proceed as placed or be handled under the applicable return policy if eligible.
8. Digital, Special-Order, or Restricted Items
If Brexium Global offers any special-order, customized, limited-availability, clearance, or otherwise restricted items, cancellation eligibility for those items may be limited or excluded once processing has begun.
Where applicable, any such restriction should be stated on the relevant product page.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers with questions about an order are encouraged to contact Brexium Global before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
